Joe was great! Very responsive and showed up earlier than expected. He assessed our leak and had everything repaired and back in order very quickly for a very fair price! We are new to the area ~ so glad to have found Joe and have a reliable, honest plumber who we can call when we have issues! I highly recommend him!

Called Joe on a Saturday evening and he came right over first thing Sunday. Was quick and efficient. Even came out of his usual work area to help. Highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs, especially if you are all for supporting local businesses!

I had a terrible experience with AND plumbing company in Jacksonville, FL I was charged $350 just to replace a washer on my bathroom faucet—an outrageous price for such a simple repair. To make matters worse, when I later needed to replace the stem, Supervisor Thomas refused to provide me with the brand and part number, making it nearly impossible to get the correct replacement part. He said if want that information will cost you $750 more. This kind of behavior is shady and irresponsible. A professional company should be transparent and helpful, not overcharge customers and withhold basic information. I would never use this company again and strongly advise others to stay away.
